About me
I truly believe that nutrition play imperative role in maintaining health. A balanced diet needed to perform vital function such as immune function, optimal brain health, heart function and movement etc. Balanced diet prevent from most of the disease such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease and etc.
Further in my 3 year +career journey, I observed over and over again how a balanced diet, combined with a 'natural cycle and lifestyle' could play a vital role in healing disorders and health issues.
According to guidelines of NIN (National Institute of Nutrition, India) - healthy diets & physical activity can reduce a substantial proportion of coronary heart disease(CHD), hypertension(HTN) and prevent upto 80% of type 2 diabetes.
I'm trying to make continuous efforts towards building a relationship between human beings and food.
